Toi B. J. is the author of Talk About It: 12 Steps to Transformational Conversations Even When You Disagree and the founder/chief impact officer (CIO) of RedInk Enterprises LLC, a boutique coaching and consulting firm - specializing in inclusive engagement and communications. She serves on the OOH board because of its use of art and engagement - two of her favorite things - to promote and inspire justice and equity for historically excluded communities.
